Faikah Carrmuddeen is an Attorney at Law, Certified Mediator and Notary Public. She was called to the Trinidad and Tobago Bar in 1997 and is also admitted to practice in Guyana and the British Virgin Islands.
Faikah advises clients on Estate law (wills, probate and estate administration matters) and Property law (representing private and corporate sellers, developers and purchasers of residential and commercial property). She also helps clients on business entity formation and all other aspects of corporate/commercial law and construction law.
Faikah has represented local and foreign clients such as the Business Software Alliance, led by Microsoft Corporation, in pursuit of their commercial objectives.
The wealth of knowledge and experience she has gained during her 25 years in practice translates into pragmatic solutions and effective representation that satisfies her clients' unique needs.
In her capacity as a certified mediator, Faikah has successfully mediated several disputes between individuals and corporate entities. In this role, she hopes to contribute to social transformation where tolerance, peace and harmony become paramount and mainstream values for the long-term welfare and benefit of society.
